Adding widgets to KDevelop...

Is there a API or scheme that one could follow to add more widjets to
KDevelop.

I would like to add a few (mainly the tab and scrollview widjets).

p.s. is there a documented file format for KDevelop?  I would like to
	use it more for KPP
