Hi,
I had a similar problem with SuSE6.1. htdig (the executable) was installed
under /opt/www/htdig/bin/htdig. I guess it wasn't found by Kdevelop because 
this directory wasn't in the PATH.
I solved it by making a symbolic link in /usr/bin.
(or add /opt/www/htdig/bin to your PATH).
