Again: subdirectories in project trees

Thanks to this list I know that kdevelop handles subdirectories korrect, i.e. builds
libs etc.
I have experienced 2 problems:
1) How can I tell kdevelop to have the subdirectories as part of the include path for header files?
2) When a compile error ocures there is no way to double click on the error message in the message
    window to get to the corresponding source line if the file is in a subdir.

Any suggestions?
