Wish: More visual editing: menus, toolbars, actions

KDevelop has a nice visual editor for dialogs. But I think it would be very
useful to also have graphial *menubar* and *toolbar* editors. These would
certainly be a lot simpler than the dialog editor, and the automatic code
generation from them would be relatively easy.

When programming for KDE 2, we could have an additional and very simple
actions editor (for KAction objects) and then let the developer drag these
"actions" into the menus and toolbars. It would be the fastest way to
build and edit the UI of an application.
