More Info re: KDevelop Docs Problem

Umm. It occurs to me that maybe there is *supposed* to be a symlink from
/usr/doc/kde/HTML/default to /usr/doc/kde/HTML/*your locale*, but if that's
the case, it appears to be the responsibility of the KDE itself to set it
up (presumably where system-wide locale is set). In which case why are my
other apps in KDE able to find their documentation? Bogus.
