QT Libs still not being found.

     This happened to me and i spent 3 weeks trying to sort it out :{ in the
end i uninstalled kdevelop (installed from RPM) and installed from the 
tarball. The problem disappeared but i don't know why it happened - i'm
pretty much a beginner.HTH
