There are different MDI templates for different versions of Qt or KDE:
- KDE 2 MDI template: Qt-2.1 (current snapshot)
                      KDE-2  (current snapshot)

- Qt 2.1 MDI:         Qt-2.1 (current snapshot), no KDE necessary

- QextMDI:            MDI extension for the official Qt-2.0.2 version

all templates are _not_ compatible with Qt-1.44 or KDE-1!
