Problems with Makefile generation

Fixed. Seems I tweaked a bit too much the last days for adding KDE 2
support -ironically while fixing USE_AUTOMOC to AUTO in KDE 2/Qt2
projects Makefile.am's. 
Please reply if everything works again.

PS: The MDI templates are now working fine. I also added another example
(in CVS kdevelop/kdevelop/examples/kscribble-1.2.tar.gz), extending
KScribble with changing the view class from a QWidget to a QScrollView.
Hard sometimes, but not too difficult.
