Project template creation

Hello all,
	I'm working on KDE 2 coding and am working on some parts
stuff.  I'm tired of doing the lib stuff by hand as custom projects so 
I want to add a project type for a part and a plugin.  I looked at the 
templates (mini.tar.gz/etc) but haven't found any real docs for what
exactly I need to do.  Can someone point me in the right direction?
