ksgml2html -> sgml2html 1.0.9 complains about option "-N"

I answer this question best myself:
I updated after the installation of kdk-1.0 my SUSE 6.2 to 6.3, where
the packages for sgml (sgmltools) was updated, too.
-> after reinstalling the kdesgmltools out of the kdk-1.0 package,
everything was o.k. again


QUESTION:
Do I miss something, or can't I create tables within SGML as easy as in
HTML?
Is there at least a little more complicated, but possible way?

I would need tables for my documentation. So I will have to structure my
documentation with sections and subsections to describe f.e. error state
codes dependent on object and called member function.
