Library path problem

Maybe one of the experts is able to give me an idea:
I recently downloaded and installed kdevelop 1.3
I'm running RedHat 7.0 which comes with qt1.45 and qt2.2.2 installed.
Since the new version of kdevelop is started by a script it is easy to setup
the environment variables:

#----------- /usr/local/kdevelop/kdevelop ---------------------
# uncomment the line below, if you want to start kdevelop from a different
#cd /usr/local/kdevelop/
# export KDEDIR=`pwd`
# export QTDIR=`pwd`
export KDEDIR=/usr/local/kdevelop/
export QTDIR=/usr/lib/qt-1.45
#export QTDIR=/usr/lib/qt-2.2.2
export PATH=$KDEDIR/bin:$QTDIR/bin:$PATH
#export CC=egcs
#export CXX="egcs++ -L/usr/lib"
$KDEDIR/bin/kdevelop $1

Everything worked fine with my qt1.x projects. Now I installed kde2 and I get
the following linker errors:

/bin/sh ../libtool --silent --mode=link g++   -O0 -g3 -Wall -Werror
	-I/home/werner/procad/dokumente/dokumente/xml     -o views -L/usr/X11R6/lib
	viewsview.o viewsdoc.o views.o main.o views.moc.o viewsdoc.moc.o
	viewsview.moc.o  ./procad_views/libprocad_views.a
	/home/werner/procad/dokumente/dokumente/fileio/alt/libalt.a -lqt -lXext
	-lX11 -ldnet
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lqt

But when I check the libraries I cannot find the reason of the problem :-(

[root at werner kdevelop]# ls /usr/lib/qt-1.45/lib/libqt*
/usr/lib/qt-1.45/lib/  /usr/lib/qt-1.45/lib/
[root at werner kdevelop]#

Any hints ???

Thanks in advance.
