Leendert,
you should do the following:
Install kdevelop 1.2 from the SuSE CD´s. Then get the KDevelop 1.3
sourcepackage, configure --enable-kdoc2; make; su -c"make install". Then
install kdoc2 from the SuSE CD, uninstall kdoc (version 1.14). That´s
all ;)
If you still want to stick with the binary version, there´s no need to
install that one. Just run the script in the base dir of the untar´ed
package.
