No subject

hello all,
        i downloaded kdevelop in bzip form,after i untarred it.i tried 
"./configure",i find error message that Lex:no command or file found and ./configure
couldnt complete.i am using suse 7.0 with kde2.0.kindly could anyone help me
out with this problem.i will be very grateful.
