KDE2 and Kdevelop

Hi,
we are running  RH7.0, KDE2 and the binary from the above package does not work. There appears the same
small window described below and a long list telling me about ampty pixmaps:
...
KToolBarButton: pixmap is empty, perhaps some missing file
KToolBarButton: pixmap is empty, perhaps some missing file
KToolBarButton: pixmap is empty, perhaps some missing file
...

BTW I put a link from libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 to libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 in the /usr/lib directory,
because RH7.0 has no  libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3, but I does not think that this should be
the problem.
