Building Project

I want to use Lapack++ within a kdevelop project. Should I copy the hole
Lapack++ directory to my project directory. How can I tel Kdevelop to update
the Makefiles. And How could kdevelop know about the Lapack Librarys when
linking.  Kdvelop shuts down when using the menu Add files.

PS: I am an aerospace engineer and not a computer scientist. So please excuse
this beginner question.
