Ok, hack ckappwizard.h and cpp and the tools/processes.pl.in file. And
probably somewhere in kdevelop´s code for checks for a project type that
is placed in the project file. A generic shared lib e.g. doesn´t want to
have "run" enabled, so you could disable that menu item/command for that
project type.
