Problem with Kdevelop scrolling bars

Hello, I have Mandrake 7.0, XFree 4.0 running at 800X600 with 100 dpi fonts 
at 16 bit color.  I have installed Kdevelop 1.1(which looks really nice) but 
I have a problem.  The scrolling bars on the right are going off of the 
screen.  I do not have virtual screens setup(I REALLY don't like those), and 
I have to move/resize Kdevelop everytime I want to scroll on the right.  
What is the problem?  What can I do to fix this?
