kckey.h missing

Since several days I'm trying to install (I cvsuped from
ferret.lmh.ox.ac.uk):

g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I/opt/kde2/include
-I/usr/lib/qt-2/include -I/usr/X11R6/include -DQT_NO_ASCII_CAST -O2
-fno-exceptions -fno-rtti -fno-check-new -Wall -pedantic -W
-Wpointer-arith -Wmissing-prototypes -Wwrite-strings -Wno-long-long
-fno-builtin -frtti -Wp,-MD,.deps/kkeydialog.pp -c kkeydialog.cpp  -fPIC
-DPIC -o kkeydialog.lo
kkeydialog.cpp:40: kckey.h: No such file or directory    

I think some days ago, Rik posted a same request.
