sgml2html

No matter how many times I thing I have all the files in my linux or
compiled kdk-1.1.tar.gz, it still can't find the sgml2html when running
kdevelop setup...
So I looked around at the files in kdk source and found that there is a
ksgml2html..
could this be the file it intended to find and is trying to look at
sgml2html file...
I still can't get it to find htdig and htsearch either...
what am I overlooking and where can I find what I need..

I have searched my linux cd's with no luck for it, or are they called by
a different file name...
