If you have kdk, so you won´t need to recreate the documentation.
It should be found automatically. Only if you have updated an old
installation to
KDevelop 1.1, it could be possible that your user settings in
~/.kde/share/config/kdeveloprc points to an old directory, so delete
this file and
try to rerun KDevelop.
If it still ask you for the kdelibs sources so there are two
possibilities:
1) get the sources of kdelibs (which can be also found in your
distribution - its a kdebase package - or by downloading it from
www.kde.org). Normally it is a tarball, so you have to
extract it first and then select the tarball´s created directory to
generate the kde-library-documentation from the sources.
2) if you use the kdk, so the kde-library-documentation should already
have a precreated version of the kdelib-documentation installed
somewhere. You only need to know where... (e.g. on SuSE it would be
/opt/kde/share/doc/HTML/en/kdelibs).
You can cancel the documentaion generation in the "kdevelop --setup" and
click later on Options/KDevelop Setup, then select the Documentation Tab
and insert the right path manually (2nd editline in this window).
