OpenBSD 2.5 patches for KDevelop-1.0beta3

I had no idea.  The INSTALL document says the simplest way to compile the
package is to run ./configure... I went from there.  You should probably
include a document called PORTING as well.  It might help with these sorts
of issues (more than likely in my case).
