Unable to generate docs

I formatted my class library according to the kdoc specs, but when I
select "Project->Make API Docs" the following is printed into the
compile-status box:

stty: standard input inappropriate ioctl for device
Can't read from NS4 at /usr/local/bin/kdoc line 122
----------------------------------------------------

NS4 is my project name. Can anyone tell me what to do?
