QT 2.00 or 1.44?

I'm confused.

Acording to the requirements page, kdevelop needs

	Qt 1.44, NOT Qt 2.0

But, trying to build the daily snapshot (19990911) produces this:
..
checking for connect... yes
checking for remove... yes
checking for shmat... yes
checking for killpg in -lucb... no
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= 2.0) (libraries) not found.
Please check your installation!
      
Does this snapshot only compile with QT 2.00?
