Wanted: actual cvs snapshot with changes from 1999-09-08

yes... it´s true... the last daily snapshot is kdevelop19990906.tar.gz
The problem:
the cvsup-service of cvsup.kde.org is down and the snapshots will be
automatically created from this site (or from one of the cvsup-mirrors).
I´ve reported this problem to kde.org.

The sources for the KDEVELOP_1_0-branch can be obtained in the
snapshots/BRANCH-A directory of the ftp.e-technik.fh-muenchen.de mirror
(if cvsup.kde.org is up).

Maybe this helps a little bit or makes it a little bit clear...
There are two different types of selections...
1) a selection by marking a text
2) a selection by searching a text
a selection made by searching a text isn´t a selection you can use to
copy 
in the clipboard...
you can see this "feature" by first marking a text in the edit window
and searching a text in your visible area which isn´t marked. You will
see two selections!

For this reason a search only inside a selection isn´t implemented.
