New rpm's for SuSE6.2

It seems that some templates from /opt/kde/share/apps/kdevelop/templates
are not installed (e.g. AUTHORS_template). It's the same for COPYING and
other templates.

Did you install all qt-packages? qtdevel and qtcompat are neccessary.

I'm not that familiar with docs in KDE-projects, but if you create an
index.sgml in the doc-dir, you can create a documentation.

SuSE splits the Qt-library up into 3 parts: binaries, headers and a
compatibility-packages (old header names). You have to install all 3
packages.
