Bug: what is going on when project has many files and subdirectories?

1. KDevelop Beta 3 has a very dangerous behavior. It looses sync for real
file editing state. Sometimes when I've edited some file in kdevelop window,
kdevelop told  me that some software changed my file outside of kdevelop?
Sometimes when I am switching between sources to often (editing base classes
and headers) Kdevelop forgets about changes in some files. One time I even
got compiling error message on source(real one) but could see only old one
in editor window. It was corrected after I closed and started kdevelop
again. My system has plenty memory.
2. Also when I add many files ~30 inside of project. And 20 of them in
inside of 2 and 3rd level selecting name of file gives very long kdevelop
pause.
3. When I make distribution Kdevelop forgets about additional options I've
set in project options box.
4. C compiler can not get additional options using project option dialog box
5. Many warning generating by C compiler make kdevelop working
long-long-long and again long time.
6. if I use subproject directory I have to do something special about
included files.

7. Where can I get information about KDOC integration and tags. I could not
find any information about tags in man pages.
