it appears as if i had the right config but i had my Xinclude files
installed in the wrong place. so ive got it working now a-ok, though i
cant make any kde pograms but i assume this comes from having qt2
instead of qt1.4. no worries mate. well i must thank everyone that
contributes to xdevelop it seems `a very nice IDE to work with,
hopefully thats was my only beginner question
