Ok, I'll bite.

dep is right.  RH6.1 doesn't use KDE2.  AFAIK, no distro does.  You can
download experimental rpm's of KDE2 from bero's site, but they're not
recommended for production work.  RH6.1 may ship with a version of qt-2, but
that's not the same thing as KDE2.
