BUG in beta4.1: configure call from command line

Hi,

I created a Qt-project with KDevelop, called make distclean and leaved
KDevelop.

Then I successfully went these steps on the command line:
 cd /to/the/root/directory/of/the/project
 ./configure
 make

The compiler exits with an error that he cannot find the headers. :-(

P.S.: Calling configure and distclean from within KDevelop works without
problems.
