I guess I have the same problem. If I create a "Terminal ->
C++"-Project, the X, Qt and KDE headers are (of course) not included in
the linker options. In case I reconsider the nature of my project and
want to include the X libs for example, I would go to
Project/Options->Linker Options and select X11 and Xext. After I made
the changes, configure will be started again. But unfortenately, it
looks like the configure script is not updated with my new project
options. There are no differences and the X11 stuff is still not added
to the linker options. Of course, when I try to compile then, I'll get
some errors. A workaround would be to create an external project with
the proper settings or to edit the configure script manually, but I
would really like it, if somebody could fix this :-). Actually, I'm not
smart enough to do it on my own, since I'm relatively new to Linux/Unix
and I just started with all the configure/make shell scripting things
(I'm a Windows-Runaway :-=).
