rookie asks basical question

I have the same problem!
It wasn´t there at 3.1. There the wizard worked fine.
But since 4.0 the wizard generated projekt is not "makeble"!
The error tells me that there is some SGML thing missing!

Sorry that i can´t post the real error messages, but I tried the rpm, which
didn´t work for me and since that kdevelop 4.0 doesn´t even compile from the
source :-(
