I need A good TUT

umm, i dont know C or C++
(Im an Ex VB boy and i dont have windows now but im missing programming
big time)
but on http://developer.kde.org/kde-tutorial.html there is one i sort of
understand.
could someone please turn it into a kdevproj file, so i can open it in
Kdevelop ?
So that i can see what's what with Kdevelop, and also, where can i find
the latest
versions when the released ?
Also, i do like the pic's that guy sent for the splash screen.
And also the intellicense thing that autofill's the word is a good
idear, (that's how i learnd VB )
and i duno if im out of line here, but is there anyway i can still use
VB language to make KDE app's ?
like a VB that's work's on QT and stuff ?
