dynamic libraries with kdevelop?

I think so too but since nobody can tell us how to do this (autoconf/automake,
see above) we simply cannot do this. It might be possible for 0.4.1 (I cannot
promise this since I am not the programmer of this stuff but of the dialog
editor) but nobody answers to my requests in a way we can use the answer.
