Error during ./configure

I'm working on Solaris 2.5.1.
I have change from snapshot beginning of May, where everything worked fine,
to Release 0.4.
Now the configure file doesn't automatically find the X-headers and
X-libraries which are located in /usr/openwin/include and /usr/openwin/lib.
I have to define them explicitly. Furtheron there is no error exit in this
case. So the missing files produce an error when configure tries to check
for the QT Version. There it produces the misleading error that QT release
is incorrect.
