KDevelop 0.4 FlexLexer.h missing?

Compiling KDevelop 0.4 following error occured:

g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../.. -I/zpr/X11/kde/include
-I/zpr/src/local/qt/include  -I/usr/openwin/include  -O2 -Wall
-c tokenizer.cc tokenizer.cc:237: FlexLexer.h: No such file or
directory tokenizer.l:23: FlexLexer.h: No such file or directory
make[3]: *** [tokenizer.o] Error 1                       

There is no FlexLexer.* file in the kdevelop-0.4.tar.gz
Should it be in there?

Any suggestions?
