I already mailed that Sandy should decide this to the kde-devel
mailinglist.
Sandy, can you give Matthias a Statement ?
As far as I'm concerned, I think KDevelop 0.4 should be included in KDE
1.1.2, maybe with KDbg and the kdesdk somehow merged together.
