Assembling a FAQ.

Hi, all,
	My name is Brian Juergensmeyer, and, after contacting Sandy to help 
with KDevelop, he asked if I would update the FAQ for publication with 
the release of KDevelop 0.4.  I've been monitoring the kdevelop 
mailing list for the last week (I still need to go over it more in 
depth to find the most frequently asked questions there), but I'd also 
like input from all of the developers:  What would you like to see 
included in the FAQ?
