custom projects with cvs version

I just noticed something wrong (in my mind) with kdevelop. Maybe someone
has pointed this out before, I have been rather "off" for a while.

Anyway, when a "custom project" is generated with the appwizard, there is
no makefile, no configure etc being built, and correspondingly kdevelop
can't compile the project.

Apart from that the cvs version (one day old) runs well on my system. Good
work.
