BUG in reconfiguring

Hi all,

I found another little bug:
When doing "configure..." one can enter additional options for configure
to use. That is wonderful, I like it.

When going to the Project Options dialog and changing something there
the
configure process is started automatically, but WITHOUT any arguments
set
when doing configure by hand.
