kdevelop 0.4 on SuSE 6.1 - configure problems

QTDIR is correctly set to /usr/lib/qt and the contents of the lib
directory there is:

/usr/lib/qt/lib/
/usr/lib/qt/lib/libqt.so
/usr/lib/qt/lib/libqt.so.1
/usr/lib/qt/lib/libqt.so.1.44

The problem here seems to be that the file qobjcoll.h which is needed by
acinclude.m4 is
not found in the include directory.
