Why autoconfig ?

Because automake/autoconf is much more powerfull than tmake. The only advantage
of tmake is that it can be used to generate project files for MSVC, Borland and
other propetriary IDEs. As IMO KDevelop is aimed mostly at KDE development (not
multiplatform development), the choice seems justified. Of course some support
for tmake (like tmake projectfile export) could be a nice feature in the future.
