bug in AppWizard dialog

Hi

There is a little bug in AppWizard dialog with
project directory. I sent fix to Smeier 3 days ago
but still don't received any answer may be problems with mail.

For examle default project directory is /root/. Type project name
"myproj" then change project directory to "prj" and try to create project
It causes error "Directory does not exist: /rt" or something like that.

And another one
If you typing new project directory future changings of project name will
cause changing of directory. It shouldn't be so.

Here is fix for these bugs
