Correct procedure for sending patches to kdevelop?

Morning (3am),

This is probably a faq or so, but I couldn't find the answer on the
website or in the distribution. It might have something to do with me
being so tired I can't even remember that coffee is hot, or maybe the
answer just isn't there.

Anyway. It seems silly to spam the mailinglist will large patches, so how
do I have it introduced?
