Save all source files before running Make

I noticed the same, see my last bug report to this list. I got the strong
feeling this happens each time I manually save a file. (you know I got this
nervous C-s finger from my Windows days ;) ) Then I open another file via
the class view. Later I click back via class view to the manually saved file.
This seem to be the moment Kdev. opens a 2nd older version of the file.

As long as I never manually save a file or close on, I never had this
problem.

Sorry, this is still no detailed bug report, but maybe a hint.
