Compiling error: METASOURCE!

Hi
	I got this error, when compiling  kdevelop19990706.tar.gz  and 
kdevelop19990707.tar.gz 

[mmorin at jupiter kdevelop]> make -f Makefile.cvs
aclocal -I .
autoheader
automake
perl am_edit

Error: Only one METASOURCE tag allowed
make: *** [all] Error 1

I don't know what a METASOURCE is! Any clue???
