little class tree view bugs

Hi,

1. An XXX::operator!=(...) is shown as XXX::operator=(...) in the tree
view.
2. Global functions are shown twice.

And a question:
How can I move classes to a virtual sub-folder in the class view? It
seems I can only create such subfolder.
