Old directories

Hi,

I once had a directory in my project (called tmp), which contained a few
files that were included in the project. After moving those file to the
main project directory, and removing all traces of the tmp directory
from the RFV tree, I did a rmdir tmp.
Unfortunately, during autoconf/automakes, this directory keeps showing
up. In which files could there still be a trace of the old directory?

Any help greatly appreciated!
