[Kdevelop] HELP IM STUCK !

Hi PPL, this is not really a kdevelop question, but a STUPID question
For the last few months i have been trying to learn C/C++ so i can use
KDevelop but now i have tryed Java, i got a JDK from Blackdown.org, and i
got Core Java 1.2 (the book) and now i know quite a bit about java, more
than i learned about C++ in 3 months so, my question is this?
HOW DO I GET OFF THIS LIST!
I tryed what it said in the first KDevelop mail that i got, but it came back
and said that im not a sucriber........???
but, if im not, then how do i get mails sent to me ?
