Extension for Header files

Hi !

How about consistent sets of file extension for  Source and headers?
I mean there is cpp, c, cc, C, cxx, ec, ecpp for source,  but only h and
hxx for header files. IMHO it would be better to support more header
extensions, at least hpp, hh, hxx, H, which are common in some projects. 
Even better would be a configurable set of extension, but that change is
probably too late for 1.0 .
