problem with installing KDevelop

Try installing it from the console using the rpm command as in "rpm -i
package.rpm". Do this as root, and make sure you have /opt/kde - if you
don't, make it a symlink to /usr if you're using RH/Mdk6. If it doesn't
install now, you will at least be given a proper error message.
